Mental Health Resources
Mental health is important!
Especially now as we are living through a pandemic. There will, of course, be times that we are feeling down, but sometimes we need help to get back to a place that feels good again.
Some reasons you may need to reach out to someone for help:
- I want to share how great I did on an assessment
- I need help getting organized- remote learning feels overwhelming
- I could use some assistance completing a project
- My friend and I had a disagreement
- I am feeling very down and my routine has changed
- I am feeling isolated- I need to connect
-
