Dear Families,
Happy New Year and welcome back. We hope you and your loved ones enjoyed a restful and joyful winter break. As we return to school, we want to thank you for your continued partnership and support of our school community.
As a reminder, all students are expected to follow our school uniform policy each day. Wearing the school uniform helps create a safe, focused, and respectful learning environment and supports a strong sense of belonging for our students. We truly appreciate your cooperation and consistency. If your family is experiencing any challenges related to uniforms, please reach out. We are here to help.
We also ask for your support in reminding students about our cell phone policy. If your child brings a cell phone to school, it is required that the phone is locked up each day in accordance with school procedures. Please take a moment to talk with your child about this expectation so they are prepared to follow it consistently.
As students transition back into the school routine, here are a few helpful tips to support them:
• Re establish regular bedtimes and morning routines to ease the return to school days
• Lay out uniforms, backpacks, and materials the night before to reduce morning stress
• Talk with your child about the school day and help them set small goals for the week
• Encourage positive habits like eating breakfast and arriving to school on time
• Review school expectations together, including uniform and cell phone requirements, being on time for class, and engaging as an upstanding community member in alignment with our PACK values of being Prepared, Accountable, Considerate, and Keeping it in Perspective
There are so many things to look forward to in 2026, and we are truly excited for the year ahead. Together, we can set our children up for success, help them have an amazing year, and ensure they experience so many meaningful and wonderful moments along the way.
