GAMA

MAELS will be using the NYC Department of Education’s GAMA (Grades, Attendance, and Messaging Application) system. This platform allows families to view their child’s grades, attendance, and teacher feedback in real time.

To access GAMA, log in to your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA); please see instructions below. We encourage you to log in regularly to stay informed about your child’s progress. If you need further support accessing GAMA, please reach out to our main office for assistance.

MAELS will be uses a mastery-based grading system to reflect student learning. At MAELS, our mastery based grading system promotes equity and opportunity for meaningful self-reflection so students can guide their own learning and work toward improvement and success.
